mkoehnke You are going to get the wrong item you ordered the nursing socks and a black leather purse is in route. Not good. I have been so busy dealing with some family issues I have only had a little time to look for the socks. I have some bins I need to look through to find them. This has never happened to me before so I’m going to contact Posh to see what I need to do.

mkoehnke When I mailed out your purse I mixed up a label. So now your purse is on the way to someone else. This has never happened to me so I’m going to contact Posh and see how I can handle this so we can get it to you. I already informed the person that will be receiving it.

mkoehnke I’ve been in touch with Posh they should be getting back to me tomorrow. They messaged me that it could be up to 48 hours and then they will let me know how they are going to fix everything. 😊

mkoehnke Have you received the purse that was shipped to you by accident? I sent Posh another email still haven’t heard back and it’s been over the 48 hours that they had suggested that it may take for them to get back with me. Will keep you posted!

mkoehnke Posh informed me they instructed the lady that has your package to return it to me. Posh well give you your money back. I will create a new listing and you can repurchase.
