If the buyer has any concerns about their order, please have them reach out to us directly so that we can better assist with this issue." I'm sorry that my request for your partial refund was denied. Maybe you will have better luck? If not, please let me know if you're ever interested in anything else in my closet, and I'll give you $10 off as a way to square up.
