jal462 Heather, I am so sorry your item arrived broken! I did try to package it very securely. I have shipped many delicate items with no problem. Not sure what happened this time. I have contacted Poshmark to see how to issue you a refund. Unfortunately I don't have another to replace it. I apologize for the inconvenience.

elbypink92 @heatherjoygadd Hey, the calico critter all together in one box is too heavy 🤦‍♀️. and posh hasnt gotten back to me back getting a multiple label like 2 of 2.. i may have to cancel and list individual so it adds up to same. so i can have different labels.
