helscloset10 @morrisamyd hi. I did contact Canada post and Poshmark. There isn’t much i can do with Canada post as they can only see what I have on the tracking which is the same info you can access with the tracking number provided. I reached out to Poshmark on what steps we can take. I apologize for the frustration as I know you’ve paid but also I’ve sent out an item without being paid so I can share the same frustration. Maybe we can double team and if you can also send a note to Poshmark? Thanks.

morrisamyd @hlapada so I spoke with Canada Post and started a claim with them. Unfortunately as I am not the shipper they won’t continue the claim unless you contact them. The shipper is who they deal with. The claim number/ticket number for this is 0135598589.
