Hey there noticed you weren’t happy with the necklace. Just curious why? Every single Betsey Johnson necklace I have look exactly the same and are brand new. So just wondering what needs to be improved? Also made them a VERY low price. Sorry you weren’t happy! Don’t like unhappy customers 😩 But not sure what I could do to improve because that’s what they look like.

I personally would put the charm on a different chain...that’s what I do! Betsey Johnson sweater necklaces come on that chain...nothing I can do about that unfortunately...that’s Betsey’s fault! Lol
