restylenation I am so sorry, I think I sent you the wrong item! I know this happens from time to time with sellers but I've never done it before! Please let me know if you received a crocheted open sweater and I will immediately contact Poshmark to try and get this resolved. Again I feel terrible about this.

restylenation Hey again, I never heard from the woman who received your pants. I sent her a few messages but since she hasn't gotten back to me, I don't want you to have to wait around forever for a resolution. So I contacted Poshmark and let them know I sent you the wrong item. They said they should be contacting you shortly about it. I've never done a refund on Poshmark before but I'm hoping they will just let me refund you asap as soon as they touch base with you about it.

restylenation @hollyscheek Hey Holly, Poshmark customer service finally got back to me and said that since the order was excepted, I can't give you a return directly, but they also said that you can reach out to them and let them know you received the wrong item and then they will take it from there. I wish I could just give you the return without all these steps. They really aren't making it easy.
