heddo In sorry your box was damaged in shipping, unfortunately once a package has been shipped it’s out of my hands how the postal service handles it. I’m glad the purse was not damaged in shipping.

hollywoodpierce @heddo no problem! I'm glad the purse wasn't damaged too and I completely understand. The post office made mention that there was visible damage to the box when they received it. It's no problem!!

heddo @hollywoodpierce It would go through several different facilities to get across 4 states. I did not put it in a damaged box, this is my business and I’m very particular about how I package and ship, I don’t send things out in used or damaged boxes. I’m unsure how I could have improved on packaging, the purse you stated was in perfect shape, so the box did its job of protecting the purse. If I’d put it in a polymailer the purse would have been crushed.
