skiprincss Hi. Sorry about the bag. Don’t understand how that happened. I have had the bag for a couple years but did not use it much. I examined it and wrapped it carefully. I’ve never had a problem with any prior items. But, I understand things happen. I told posh to have you return it and refund your money. Hope you find another bag you love!

hboehmke @jcgoodson eh, don’t worry about it. I was mostly curious to see if there was an option to receive a partial refund because of the damage, but I like the bag so much otherwise, I’d rather hang onto it and see if I can get it repaired. It probably just snapped because the leather was old. I appreciate offering a refund so quickly though!!

skiprincss @hboehmke I’m glad you really like the bag and, again sorry about the strap. So weird. I’m not sure if Posh can do a partial refund (since have never been through this with any other items, lol), but I just left a new comment for them to offer you a partial refund. 😊
