Hey, I received your return today. I appreciate that the item came back exactly as it was sent. I did plug the item in and the charging indicator did show up. The item for sure wasn't working because it wasn't charged but I am unsure why you were having charging trouble. If you have any additional information please let me know so that when I resell this item I can make sure it's in perfect working order. Thanks for your time.
