shopsendithere @beckydavid Yea, I tried emailing you, but it said your iCloud account was full. Both items aren't NWT as your posts suggested. Both items came with no tags on them. In addition the Kylie bottoms had a stain.

shopsendithere @beckydavid If you're selling something with out tags, you use "NWOT" (New With Out Tags). There's no alternative definition of New With Tags, as you suggest. Further, if something has a glaring stain, like the Kylie Bottoms did - it's not brand new.

shopsendithere I'm working with Poshmark support to file the other claim, given that it doesn't work naturally thanks to both items having been shipped together. If I get the return labels by tomorrow morning, they will be shipped out tomorrow. If not, it will be a week before they go out.

shopsendithere @beckydavid I appreciate your thoughts, explanation and apology. I've had nothing but 5 star experiences to date until now. No doubt, It'd be best if you updated your listings and double checked your clothes for stains from the move. Hopefully support will respond soon.
