Hi! I'm Ingrid, I'm a huge fan of wool, cashmere, and other natural fibers. I have four young kids, and we all love being outside, so my sales and purchases reflect this. We have a dog and a cat, and we do heat our house with wood heat. We are a very low scent household. I love discounts (even more so for multiple items), so make me an offer. Happy shopping! classic_items Hi Ingrid. I am sorry you weren't happy with the description of the sweater. As the fabric tag had been removed I made the best guess I could based on items currently available from BR online. I have now looked back at my purchase history, and see that it was bought in Nov 2019 and described as 'a cotton blend'. It was an honest error. I have never had anything less than a 5* review in more than 50 sales, ouch. My fault though.

514lenab @sandpipersells Good morning, they claim the package was overweight & oversized, but I highly doubt that. I've sold lots of heavier Winter boots & have definitely never had this issue. I'm going to reach out to PM Support team & ask them what to do. It's possible I might need an additional/ brand new label. I'll keep u posted either way! & I apologize for the inconvenience

514lenab @sandpipersells You're not going to believe this but it came back again , also stating overweight & oversized. (it's 4.5 lbs, max is 5 & definitely within the allowed dimensions. This to me says that Poshmark has a problem with their Canada Post commercial account. I will again reach out to support but ask that u do the same too, pls. I'm absolutely livid that you haven't gotten it yet, my apologies, but it's out of my control. Hopefully Support can fix it

sandpipersells @cherilynmai thank you! we are safe, higher up on a mountain; the flooding is not that far away. My biggest concern is the something could happen to the main logging road we need to get home, but because of where we live, I keep our house perpetually full of food. I'll speak to my postal lady (there's just one, & she's awesome) tomorrow, and see what she says, but I expect it will be just fine, but may take a bit extra time.

I had thought about trying to source some of the fabric somehow. I'd start looking at Dressew in Vancouver, as they get pretty random stuff sometimes. I think if you reach out to Poshmark, they will issue a second free shipping label, and take care of it all. Just let them know via the 'Report Issue' spot, or whatever it's labeled. haven't been refunded, so perhaps it will be redirected here? Who knows, but I would like to end up with it! :-)

elisebshops Hi there! I just received the package of Nili Lotan and two sweater back! It went all the way to BC and then came back to me saying it was too heavy. I’ve sent so many packages before and this has never happened before and it definitely didn’t feel overweight. I’m going to print a new label and resend if that’s okay.

sandpipersells @elisebshops not your fault! I'm so fed up with posh and CP, I've had so many packages returned for weight recently. I'd you specify the label needs to say 2.5kg (free for you still) that should help it get through. It looks like most CP employees don't know to run it through as commercial, and charge posh for any overages, allowing the package to continue. I'm so fed up! thanks for resending though

elisebshops I see that you have a lot of issues with delivery. And this sale has been sitting outstanding since Feb 13. I don’t know if I want to chance sending it back again and waiting another month. I can’t ship these items together as the box will be too large. I called CP and they said the box was too large in addition to the weight.So I’m going to cancel the order. If you want you could order the items separately. This way they are small packages. Sorry.

sandpipersells @elisebshops hi, the package should weigh less than 1 kg in a polymailer, I'm sure. Anything under 2.5kg is free for you to ship; Posh should email you a label that says 2.5kg on it, as opposed to 0.75. I see you've cancelled it already, so I'll message you under the bundle as it's much easier for me to keep track of orders that way.

sandpipersells @elisebshops At the initial time of sale, you can always get. 2.5kg label by going to the order, selecting 'need a new label' and I usually choose 'wrong size' or 'never received.' The new label sent to you will always have 2.5 as the weight, so you can avoid weight-related returns. I do this for anything over about 800g or so. My postie said they are cracking down on weight these days, but Posh insists the 0.75 label is good to 2.5, but functionally it's NOT.

ameyha I am a Posher ..
