shellygincott hi, thank you for your purchase of the coach watch. It's so pretty! I dropped it off this morning at the post office but I see it hasn't scanned yet. I called them because usually it's immediate. Apparently the scanner is down and the other hand held takes longer. This has never happened. Hopefully it scans tonight!
