amandaescajeda I am sorry you didn't think your experience was worth 5 stars buying my daughter's black riding pants. I really don't understand why you put packaging and response time could be improved. You didn't ask any questions so there was no correspondence and I counteroffered quickly. Also the wrapping was appropriate for $20 pants. They were also clean so not sure about that comment unless u mean the fuzz stuck to the velcro. :(

mgange I’m wondering why you rated the riding boots so poorly. They were brand new and not a scratch on them and tags attached. I packed tightly and sturdy and I’m not sure what could have been an issue. Can you please explain what happened??? Did PO damage box??? That isn’t something I can control????
