hi there! thanks so much for your order! I've already packaged and shipped but as I was going through my orders I realized my post office hasn't scanned the package yet. I'm going to call tomorrow to find out what's going on. I have 5 total packages I'm seeing have not been scanned yet! 🙄😭

Hey girl, I have your dress here in a different box. I shipped the wrong item to you. I accidentally sent you a top that was a meant for another buyer. I just wanted you to be aware, I have your dress with me here with the wrong label. So I’m going to go home and put on the correct label -your label. With that being said, when you get the other item can you put in a request to ship it back. I’m so sorry!

@bellayorkiepoo it’s simple. Once it’s received you do not accept the order; you will put in a Poshmark problem with order and click “wrong item sent” then they will send you new shipping label to send it back.
