Hello, I’m sooo sorry your item was lost in the snail mail. I’ve started a investigation with the usps. No thanks to Poshmark, they wanted me to wait until the 21st of January. Which is completely unacceptable. Again, I’m so sorry. I’ll do what I can in my power to move the process along quicker.
