erika040404 Hello, I have saw your feedback and you take a star down for the packing. I'm very sorry it's not enough for you. I can't wrap a package in the bow it's going to be strong for USPS transport. I have extremely bad experience with a damage jewelry and that is a reason why I'm using a lot of wrap and bigger boxes. I hope otherwise you are happy with beautiful necklace. Again I'm sorry my wrapping don't meet your expectation.

abeillecharmeu @erika040404 hello! i actually gave you 4 stars FOR packing! it was amazing! I took a star off because of description, the necklace is LOVELY but it is missing the bead string for clasp. What you had it attached to is just one of the berries, but there are two cut lines where the clasp hole was supposed to be (someone used a match to thicken the plastic line holding the beads so they didnt come off). So i cannot wear it until i find a way to add some sort of clasp it, using the berry will break

abeillecharmeu it. the missing ball clasp was not mentioned in the description, which is why i took a star off. im not sure i would have purchased it knowing the issue, but im willing to try to figure something out now that i have it.

abeillecharmeu i think 4 stars was actually a good rating considering i cannot use it until i find a way to safely fix it to wear it. It IS a lovely necklace, i just wish it had been described correctly to know what i was purchasing. I gave you 4 stars because i wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt that you didnt realize the issue before you sold it to me. It is a darling necklace -im hoping i can find a way to work around the clasp problem. And your wrapping was perfect, it was kept nice and secure!
