blackeyedsusan That dress was cleaned pressed at the dry cleaner and packaged beautifully. A bubble hem, as described in the description and many photos, has volume and structure. If you are not happy with it, send it back. But please, do your homework before leaving a bad rating. All the best! It is a lovely garment. ❤️
