juth22 @lovetotrend thanks for the additional info! Just to confirm, it is a small hole above the inside card pocket? A bit hard to tell from the pictures so just want to be clear where it is and how big. Thanks!

lovetotrend @juth22 hello, sorry if the pictures make it hard to see, but the hole spans the entire length of the zippered compartment. It almost acts as a pocket behind the zippered part. To be honest I don’t know how it happened.
