rubyag @jaclyncalabrese oh no, I’m very sorry to hear that! The transaction was cancelled by PM, and it shows as canceled on my side. I would reach out to PM’s customer service and ask why. Maybe it was a hold and will go back into your acct in a few days. I did not receive the money, so it has to be PM who put the hold on your bank. I hope you get your money back ASAP!
