Hi can you please send me the tracking number from the emailed lable used to ship my swimsuit. I checked the tracking -of the mis-shipped item i sent to your.m customer as requested. ..It was marked delivered by the post office yesterday (3pm). I still have not received my item and I do not have any tracking number or shipping confirmation or information. I would like the tracking number from the emailed return label used and or some proof of shipment. - thank you

I also reported it to Poshmark Support. If you would like to cancel the order, I completely understand. I would love for you to still receive your item, and that’s what I am trying to make happen, as best I can. If you want to pick out a comparable item meantime, I will get it to you. Please accept my apologies, although I know It doesn’t help much right now.

@beebeep10 who is the "Posher " in Arkansas. That I shipped to??? The tracking info is easily accessible in the ir email....I'm just going to dispute the charges , if any - I haven't heard from poshmark and i think it's very odd the other " posher" is not contacting you.? Really? .You posh and your other customer can work it out.

Yes, just was directly contacted by her. She works 16 hr shifts and will ship item tomorrow. That’s if, you still want it.

So, she actually did try to ship earlier, but they tried to charge her. Posh had to issue a new label. So, if it goes out tomorrow are you still interested or shall I cancel?
