In order for us to improve and solve the issue, please provide the following information: Name of the company that performed the authentication on the belt, and a copy of the authentication report. jjackie08 @preynos8 can you provide the same information, the company that did the Authentication on the belt and a copy of the report? It was not included with the belt that I received. The inside of the dust bag says “100% Cotone” instead of “100% Cotton.” There are many other issues as well that provide evidence that the belt is not Authentic. I can list them all, if you would like. I have sent all of the pictures to Poshmark.

jjackie08 @preynos8 Can you please provide me with the information about the authenticity that you have? The company and report? How can you tell someone that it is 100% Authenticity Guarantee when you have no Authenticity Certificate?

preynos8 @jjackie08 I'm an established business, and I buy all my products directly from the manufacturers and wholesale distributors in Europe. They don't provide certificates of authenticity. However, my assertion of authenticity guaranteed means that I will give you your money back if you have evidence that the product is not authentic. Because the belt does not reach the 500 dollars price point, Poshmark did not provide a free authentication.

preynos8 @jjackie08 However, Because you suspect it is not authentic, I will gladly accept the return and will give you a full refund. I've been selling these products very well and all my customers are very happy with their purchase. I want you to be happy too, so I will accept the return when Poshmark contacts me in response to your open case. I will let them know they can accept your return, and I'm anticipating they will want to authenticate the belt, which I think is great.
