unicorn_mermaid I got an email from posh that they are not refunding you, which I don’t quite understand but in my experience When I’ve received broken items it’s very easy to file a claim online at the post office. You’ll just need the tracking info and the photos, since all posh items have $50 included insurance with our shipping. I’m sorry that they were broken 😢
