@soriag okay, that’s understandable and probably in the best interest for the poshmark community I suppose. As for questions, what’s some general tips for when posting items and pricing them? And have you or anyone you know had issues with a buyer who wasn’t really trying to buy, but conduct some sort of scam? And is that something I should be weary about on here?

@jmann7 unfortunate yes, there are plenty of buyers trying to scam sellers. It happens on all selling platforms so it is not a Poshmark only issue. To protect yourself, I recommend you take plenty of pictures and you record yourself packing the item and dropping it off a the post office. Also, get a receipt as well so you have proof that you dropped the item off at the P.O

@soriag okay, good to know. And how should I go about pricing my items (new and not new)? Especially if don’t know the original price for and can’t find it online

Also what happens if the buyer wants to return an item? Can they?

@jmann7 we all run into that kind of situation, my approach is to give it an original price of 999 and then ask for what I think is fair, other people use 123, either one works
