Hi, I have a random question for you. I'm training for a half marathon. I'm 5'2" a 135lbs and I eat right. I do not have abs that look like yours. How do you do it?!?

@hterpening Wow thanks, it's super sweet you'd even ask me. Also good for you with the half marathon, that is awesome!! I think that they look different for everyone, mine are certainly still a work in progress...

Your stomach is shaped mostly by what you eat, but lifting weights burns more calories for longer than cardio and has helped me trim down my waist. On another note, I have been eating well and weight training consistently for over a year now and the abs have just started to show up, so don't worry they will come! Hope that helps?
