nwfashionmedia @theweavetamer Four stars is not a low rating. I have received items which were damaged because the sender used a bag or envelope instead of a box. Senders who use a box deserve a higher rating than those who take less care. Thank you cards do not help to protect the item in transit. I will not apologize for having high standards, but I'm sorry if this has ruined your fashion retail career.

pamsbenz7 You emailed a day after your item was purchased and wanted it mailed in a box. I responded that it was already at the post office and was in a padded Priority envelope. It was also plastic bagged with cardboard. How do you feel good about rating lower for ‘packaging’, Good grief

Cutting people down on the internet isn’t going to help you be above anyone nor will it make your life better. nwfashionmedia @pamsbenz7 I give 5 stars (often) for 5 star service. Sellers who are considerate enough to provide the extra protection of a box deserve a higher rating in my opinion. Four stars is not a bad rating. How do you feel good about berating people for giving their honest opinion on your service level?

nwfashionmedia @theweavetamer I'm sorry - what exactly am I ignorant about? I'm honestly confused by your comment. I do not "do this" to everyone I buy from. I generally request that items be sent in a box, and most sellers are happy to do so. I give them 5 stars unless there is some other kind of issue. Giving an accurate rating of my opinion of your service is not "cutting you down." If you want a better review, provide better service. That's business.

nwfashionmedia @fyeahjacqui yes, I just need to get it printed (I haven't used my home printer in forever - the ink may have dried up - but I think the FedEx Office is open so I can print it there) and then get to the Post Office to pack and ship it. I should be able to do that today.

nwfashionmedia @fyeahjacqui they sent me an email asking me to confirm that I received the correct item and I replied to them that I did. They said they would close the case and release payment once they received that email. Maybe things got backed up because of the long weekend.
