26janlundberg Hi James while I was packaging ur coat yesterday I had some trouble zipping the hood on. there appears to b a break in the teeth of the zipper. my mother and I agree. our only option is to replace the zipper :( I'm so upset. would u still like the coat w/out the hood? if I relist I'm going to list it w/out the hood. I'm so sorry.. tell me what to do. Jan
