smlove9918 @jdbcrf: Jamie, hun do you not understand posh etiquette? More than 24hours ago I reached out to you that there was a problem with my purchase from you. You have yet to reply! Where's the customer service? Thankfully I have taken matters into my own hands as I have ONLY 72 HOURS to deal with this or LOSE MY $60. I'm hoping you're just new and not understanding what your responsibilities are in this. Totally NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

jdbcrf @smlove9918 When I mailed the item, it obviously did not have any holes in the package. I’m not sure how I could help you in this situation... I did my part.

smlove9918 @jdbcrf: darling, you were supposed to first ship them in an acceptable manner. Second, the seller is supposed to START the process so NEITHER of us loses our money. I hope you realize I could have just mailed it back the way I received it for a refund. Instead, I'm trying to cover BOTH of our butts so you get the money you were expecting and I get a refund. You do know how this works right? Until I accept you don't get paid!

smlove9918 @jdbcrf: Did you take photos of how the package looked before you mailed it? The seller ALWAYS initiates the return /refund. Did you drop it off or was it picked up? Do you have a receipt from USPS? That's how an insurance claim works. How would I have that?

smlove9918 @jdbcrf: 72 hours is not a lot of time considering the USPS is closed on Monday for the holiday, closed on Sunday and closed early today. How long should I have waited? You appear to be the age of my oldest granddaughter therefore darling, hun or dear: bred in Texas...sue me.
