janbum @secretcloset13 the dark brown Coach, right? I have not received it. I assumed there was a problem on your end. I recently moved, so I’m wondering if it was sent to the wrong address. I don’t know my way around poshmark and don’t know how to check it but I’ll find out.

janbum @secretcloset13 hello, I sent a note to customer support and got one back saying they take u0 to 24 hours to respond. I recently moved but did put in a change o& address and have received two different shipments at my new address so I’m no5 sure what happened. I’ll let you know something as soon as I hear from them.
