janwhichard Yes that is what I see also. I suspect she will need to start setting some prices on the clothes or she’ll just continue to be frustrated which is difficult for someone so “peppy”. It is so hot here in Sacramento. 111 degrees today and headed for 112 tomorrow. Even for Sacramento this is oddly hot. We stayed inside on the 4th. I wished I had been on the Esplanade listening to the Boston Pops and watching those fireworks!

I was trying to figure out what he was doing and my phone was next to me on the couch. Jordan, my poodle jumped up and hit the bid button. janwhichard That what he was doing was basically gambling. What I had purchased was an alphabetical letter. After all the letters were sold, my letter would match a bag. But….when I asked to cancel and explained the circumstances, he blocked me. So I could not communicate nor could I see what I accidentally “won”.

janwhichard I have contacted my credit card. I have e mailed PM but they just sent me the rules of PM saying no cancellations and did not address the blocking or gambling. Not sure what to do. $753 and apparently I won a Miu Miu “mauve” bag. Don’t want it. So beware of this guy. Not everyone is Britt. Any suggestions appreciated!

janwhichard I have been in contact with Britt and she’s weighed in. Apparently this seller is a known scumbag. Did you know you can’t actually talk to anyone at PM? Only e mail. Terrible. I like your idea of threatening legal action especially since I am a lawyer! The easy way is to try to sell it. I will do what I can but I leave for Italy in 3 weeks. I have explained to PM what happened. I’m going to start a dispute and see. Meanwhile I’m dealing with my credit card…UGH>>>>>

soperj @janwhichard He really is a scumbag. You don’t know what you paid for and he blocked you, sounds like you have the start of a case. One time I leaned over y phone and bought a bag that was already sold but gal was very understanding. It is so easy to buy something without touching the phone.

janwhichard Hey Jan! Sooooo…PM finally decided to let me return the bag and refund me. I got an e mail from the Headquarters in Redwood City (about 2 hours + from Sacramento). The first e mail yesterday said no cancellations and then 2 hours later “Lauren” wrote to me and said return it. Whew. I want to get the word out about Bagriculture and his other show Bagfather. Not everyone is a class act and honest like Britt. Thanks for your support!

Not sure if you have ever seen Fashion videos from Italy, they are mainly in Milan but all the ladies on the streets are carrying their Chanel, LV’s, Hermes etc. The fashions are incredible!!! It’s shocking how fast the summer has passed, but so exciting for you! Isn’t Marie a love, so adorable and the prices are amazing. I so enjoy her show and have gotten some great deals!!

janwhichard Hi Jan! We leave tomorrow morning from Florence and off to Lucca for 5 days. Florence is a zoo! Anyway…what did those other unbranded bags go for? Did I pay too much? I just thought that gold bag was dynamite. Anyway, today I went to the Florence School of Leather where the people who make the designer bags are trained…and one of the places they go is Bottega Venetta. I bought one they made “off the floor” and another will take 5 months to make and then ship! Exciting!
