Hey Jan I want to let you know that I shipped your top last Saturday after you purchased it and I don't know why it hasn't scanned yet. I took it directly to the Post Office and dropped it in the inside Box because the Post Office had already closed. Everything else that I took to the Post Office that day is tracking except for your top. I have tried to message you twice to let you know what is happening.

Hi, Jan! I just wanted to let you know your Mark Nason boots were sent out yesterday. It's not showing as tracking b/c the P.O. said their scanner didn't work on the lable (?) , so they had to enter it in manually3. No idea why manually wouldn't show the tracking, but that's what they said. Just wanted to let u know, so u don't think I never sent it!😁

There is a parcel at the post office that I have to sign for, but I do not know if it is yours because there is no tracking number on my purchase? It still says it is awaiting shipment..I will receive and rate it as soon as it arrives, or contact you if it has not.

But that's the craziest part. It doesn't show as scanned at all (as if it was never received by them!)! I absolutely, 100% dropped it off there. I'm trying to file for insurance, but the "scam" seems to be that since it doesn't show as scanned in their system, there's nothing they can do! (WHAT??!)

I have something they gave me at the post office yesterday, despite the chaos. The lady was really rude. She kept telling me to file a claim, and wouldn't take the time to explain what the print-out was that she gave me (it didn't say where/if the item was delivered). I'm trying to send it to you, but I don't know how to send the snapshot to your msgs. I'm on this...I swear! 😭 Those were good boots.

@juliemmcinerney For some reason I have noticed the post office has been leaving slips in my box claiming the parcel was oversized or they “attempted delivery” and left notice. This is unusual since I live on acreage and we have parcel boxes to hold larger parcels. The one I picked up today was a normal flat rate box that should have been left in the parcel box with a key for me.

looked up the receipt's tracking number, and THAT tracking number is for a package I sent out 6 months ago to somewhere else!!! I bet that's what happened to the boots!! I just saw a review by someone online that said that they had the same experience, and they believe it was a scam.

@marciafranke Absolutely, the smallest box you can ship so it cost you less. I’ve had many boots shipped in several shipping bags as well, although I’m not sure how much that saves you..
