Janet, I am so sorry the Post Office is taking FOREVER to ship your Lilly Pulitzer barware. I sent it Monday - my carrier picked it up off my front porch. They finally scanned it yesterday! They had it for 6 days and did nothing except move it from my local station to the hub downtown (same city). I spoke with my mailman Wednesday and 7 people at my local station contracted COVID and they are way behind. I wanted to assure you that I sent out your package on the 1st business day.

An update, my local distribution center in Oak Creek, WI (a suburb of Milwaukee) was on the news for their delays. They are holding packages for unknown reasons, in some cases for up to 11 days. Our I-team investigated to find out what is going on - the Postal Service did not respond. The news has enlisted our congressperson to help because it is hurting businesses and so many people have contacted them. The entire Metro-Milwaukee area is affected. Once again, my apologies.
