Hi, I'm Janet of @top_yyc_closet! This is me out sourcing for some amazing items to add to our closet. It's my happy place! I started on Poshmark in 2019 but I have been thrifting for over 13 years. I even started a little side business called Desirable Denim when I was on maternity leave just for fun. I am proudly a Posh Ambassador's II! I think it's important to dress in a way that makes you feel good! I've changed sizes many times over the years and have spent a small fortune on clothes. I love POSHMARK because I can buy new clothes at a fraction of the price and sell items that I no long wear to recover what I've spent. It's a LOT of fun! Babaton, Wilfred, Banana Republic, Lululemon, Citizens of Humanity, Denim Forum, Nike, Anthropology, Cole Hann, and Madewell are all brands I love wearing and look for in my sourcing. Please let me know if you would still like it or if you’d prefer to pass. So sorry, I check everything before it is posted and mention every flaw in the description and this one was overlooked. classicandclean @jhamley I’m very sad that you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, but you didn’t need to give such a terrible review & rating. Instead, you could’ve just opened a case. I’ve reached out to PoshSupport & they’ve advised that because you accepted the item initially, the sale is final, & if you have any issues or questions, you should reach out to them directly. Apologies leaving this comment here but there was no other way for me to respond.

top_yyc_closet @urthriftycloset I did reach out to customer support and asked them how to open a case. The response I was given is that I didn’t open a case fast enough and that the funds were deposited. This wouldn’t have been an issue if you would have been truthful about the hat you were selling. The hat in the picture is not the hat that showed up at my home. I’m extremely disappointed. Hence the review I gave you.
