emeryrianca @tinyshinythings oh no that’s horrible, I’ve actually had really good experiences with purolator so far but I’m sure there’s going to be headaches. Can you go on the item and click on report a problem and see if it will open a poshmark case for you? Or maybe they make you wait a certain time period? Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you out at all

emeryrianca @tinyshinythings I think this is why they’ve dropped Purolator already. I had so many go missing. 2 of the 3 sent with yours have been refunded now, I sent them another email about yours. I’m trying on my end :)
