aschmidt202 Hello. I’m glad you like the ski jacket. However, I am unclear as to the 2 stars, that lowers my rating for all to see. I told you I could not ship until Monday and I did, at 9 am as soon as the post office opened. You can see that in your tracking. If it didn’t arrive that is 100% out of my hands and fully due to USPS. We are still in a pandemic and nothing is running smoothly. This is disappointing because I have no control and the ratings on here are important.

jaredporpiglia @aschmidt202 I understand that this was not your fault, as you don’t have control of the item once it’s been mailed out. Is there a way to edit the rating?
