caroldimartino @ripdanny27 hi, once you ship the item, the buyer has 3 days to accept or open a claim. Claims are opened if item is not as described, including damages, size, condition or poor packaging resulting in receiving it damaged. That’s why I asked to ship it in an accommodating size. I’m a stickler for folds and wrinkles making the item look different than when purchased. Hope that helped. 🙂
