jxemj @petitechose same here ! I have been on here maybe a little over a month but I've bought and sold quite a few items and have never had mix ups . I think it's kind of hard to, I've shipped multiple items at once and make sure I'm totally organized so that doesn't happen . The fact that she doesn't reply to buyers or potential buyers was a let down. I thought it was funny because me and you have the same name ! I spell mine J'me though 😊😇

petitechose Hey Jay- the box your purse came in is still in useable condition, would you mind if I used the same one? The only part damaged is the top flap which I can easily tape a few times. Let me know, I'd like to get this out to you by tomorrow, Monday at the latest 👍🏼.

jxemj @petitechose yes that's no problem , I wouldn't expect you to purchase a new box to ship it in , definitely reuse the one it came in just tape it up good and secure for me 😊 I'll be on the look out for your bag today so I can just switch the labels and take it to the post office

jxemj @petitechose no problem at all , I actually went down to our office today to check for octahedral and also checked the box and I haven't gotten it , I'm wondering what's going on . Tracking still hasent been updated if you'd like I can give you my number and provide you with the tracking for it as well

jxemj @petitechose hey, I just tried calling usps 24 hour line , they were closed so I could only get the operator and not a human. They said the package departed San Bernardino California on the 3rd and that's all they had . This is really frustrating . I check the tracking number they gave me everyday and it's not being updated still says Friday is the delivery date and it's 2 days past that. Should we contact posh?

petitechose Hey there, I checked the number last night and received the same information. I'm not sure how we would get posh to look into it again? I'm hoping the girl didn't send a bogus package or something ☹️.

jxemj @petitechose yes I'm not sure what the issue is , in thinking of all else fails maybe posh can get you a refund? Cause the tracking clearly isn't doing anything it hasent moved , and that's weird

petitechose Im starting to think maybe it got lost somewhere in the mail, according to the posh FAQ it says if I never receive it to contact them, but it looks like I have to wait it out 😕.

jxemj @petitechose id say wait until like Monday or Tuesday , but it's weird , I had this happen to one purchases from adore me , tracking wasn't updating at all , and they said they hadent heard anything so they gave me a new set free of charge and then it showed up maybe a week or two later .

That's why I had to put that poster up in my closet , I already have my items marked down 50% or more than retail😒I have a shirt up for 8$ and someone offered 5...like as fellow poshers they should know we would get paid nothing for that. We're all on here to make money if we didn't want to we would go to good will 😩🙄
