Hi Jayde! You recently bought the Ralph Lauren bag from my closet. If you weren’t yet notified, I placed an inquiry on the order that the “wrong item was sent”. I sent you the bag, but after I shipped it I notice the brand tag that was on the bag (that said “Ralph Lauren”) had fallen off while I was packaging your item! The tag is removable, but you paid for the item you saw in the photo, which is technically not what your getting unfortunately.
