amandajayy17 I know you have been online recently and have had to have noticed that both myself and the support team have been trying to get in touch with you... On here and via email.... Im not exactly sure why you would have cancelled your order in the first place when I had assured you that it was in route to you and it was in the post offices hands from that point forward.. I mean I had given you the tracking number and told you multiple times that it was already been shipped ...

amandajayy17 can't control how they do things or why the tracking hadn't updated yet.. (even there postal worker was at a complete lots for words as to why it took so long or why too tracking information never updated on our side or on poshmarks app either... But I am incrediy sorry that this has been an unpleasant ordeal for you & myself both ..

amandajayy17 it was never my intention whatsoever I promise! 😞) so is it now that I am I the one that gets burned & you get to keep shoes ?? Come on now that's messed up.. I explained to you that I couldn't get into my account.. let alone my emails or anything on my phone bc it was stolen.. qfter I kept trying they flagged my account until google could verify my identity & that it really was me that was trying to access it.. all bc I had the 2 step verification thing turned on.

amandajayy17 I never realized that would end up causing a whole heap of trouble for me in the case of my phone being stolen... Smh.. but I promise you that I really have been upfront & genuinely honest with you from the beginning regarding you're order, when it was being packaged and even down to when I had taken it to the post office too be shipped off... And any update I had gotten drombthat point forward I had three full intention of keeping you informed! 😓😣

amandajayy17 The postal worker I spoke with when I finally found out that it had just recently been delivered to your p.o. box (I'm guessing that's what the reciept meant about where it had been delivered to? Not entirely sure...) I just really hope and pray that you will understand where I'm at right now regarding this situation and that you do the right thing... Please.
