@highlifedesigns I am not sure what the problem is it says on tracking that it’s in route to its destination since 7/21 ?? But it had not been delivered to me nor have a received a slip in the mail that it’s at my post office ?

No since it still says on the tracking that it is in transit. I will have to call and see but no slip from them yet either...strange

So it seems they can’t locate the package!! I’m so sad ! We have to file a claim but I think you as the shipper needs to do that. Send me your email and I will forward the post office message to you.
