Hi ...this is Ana the lady that sold you the boots...they never answered my email back and instead they just approved the return. That's the only thing I don't like about this site they never answer any of my concerns and there's no way for you to reach someone at costumer service .I don't know what to do next I'm really embarrassed .Please let me know how can we fix this o what do you want to do.Thanks again

@pipis0528 Hi, it's ok don't be embarrassed, I'm not upset nor am I growing impatient. I understand that it takes a while to get in touch with customer service. How about if you just send me a money order and as soon as I get it I will accept the purchase. How does that sound to you?

@jeffhpro69 it sounds good but the only thing is they won't let you accept the order anymore they already closed the case.You are getting your money back in your account

@pipis0528 it still shows that I can accept. I haven't received an email with a return label or anything. I wish that poshmark would simplify things to make cases like this easier for everyone. I'm sure this isn't the first case like this.

@jeffhpro69 Yeah I wish they just hire some people to help costumers instead of just doing it online ...I send them an email saying that is not fair that they get 20% of your sales on the. very moment the buyers press the button but to help us there's nobody.!!!
