mdjavadi @bandit_six I am so so sorry for what happened with your Tiffany’s boxes shipment. I had no idea what COD even was. I used the label Poshmark provided me which is priority mail 2 day shipping. I contacted poshmark support to see why this would have happened.

mdjavadi @bandit_six I have every intention of making sure they refund you for having to pay for shipping twice. I even offer discounted shipping to all my buyers and it’s deducted from my earnings. This was not on purpose because I don’t create the shipping labels. Poshmark sends me theirs to use. I take pride on being a 5 star seller and feel horrible that you had this experience.
