Hey thanks for the order. As I was packing the shorts, I realized they are actually size 32. I wear a 31 and they fit well. Let me know if you want me to cancel the order. My apologies for the mistake. I posted a bunch of shorts and they were all size 31 except these.

I apologize that the button was loose. I certainly could've fixed that quite easily and accept blame for that. In terms of your other criticism, I think you're off base. You said I could improve on shipping time. The order was shipped the next day, Saturday, and was delivered to you on Tuesday. I don't think you can get any better than that. You also said I could improve on communication. I immediately responded to any comments you made. Again, I apologize that the button was loose.
