Hi, you bought my Balenciaga shoes in July. But because you didn’t think the shoes matched your expectation. You shipped it back to me. And I am sorry that you didn’t like it. And sorry I didn’t reply to you on time. Because I just graduated and moved during that time. The system said you shipped them back to me but I never got them. Can you send me the tracking number maybe?

@carolinedan0105 hi! Sorry it took me this long to reply! I don’t have my notifications on. I can’t recall, but I am almost certain the return label I used was directly provided to me by Posh. To be clear, the shoes were returned to you because you failed to disclose the shoes would arrive to me in a gallon size zip lock bag and not the original packaging as you had stated in your comments. I advise you to reach out to poshmark in regards to this case.

I just searched my inbox and yes, poshmark supplied me with a return label and a deadline to return the shoes. The return shipping was for 2-day from USPS. If I did not have the label scanned by the deadline they would deny my request. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need additional info, I’d be glad to assist!(:
