Thank you so much for offering to cover the repair. I appreciate your quick response. Unfortunately, I already brought the purse to the repair shop. It will be ready on Thursday, so I will not be able to send a photo of the broken strap.

@jenlshsp Anytime you have the bag back then takes pictures and send me the bill, I will mail you a refund check. You can post pictures on site like putting up a listing, after I respond then you can delete this listing anytime you like. Sorry for the inconvenience 😢

Ok. I just added the 2 repair photos (to my profile page). The problem was that one of the metal backs to the snap thingy had come off which allowed the purse strap to come undone. The repair shop that I took it to charged me $25 :-0
I am happy to split that cost with you or whatever you feel is fair. Jen
