jennschuerfeld @noblesima hi! They have ignored me as well. No help at all. I even asked for the manager and I received the same response. They didn’t answer any of my questions! They told me they unable to issue a refund or process a return because it’s been shipped out. I also haven’t received an update on when I ll receive it and I am moving from this address on February 1st!
