The problem is that your mom used priority express packaging, although I'm not sure why they didn't charge me the balance on what would have been a $25 fee or so my postal person told me. I did contact poshmark support and I was supposed to have rejected the package - I never saw that said anywhere obvious on the site.

nervolicious @debsyk ...I'm supposed to be refunded the $6.75 in poshmark credits which is not satisfactory but that's not on you. I appreciate your responsiveness and concern however do as soon as poshmark confirms receipt of my receipt and resolves the issue I'm happy to improve the rating. Thank you.

maleries_closet I am so sorry about the mug! I feel horrible that it didn't hold up- I have package mugs like this before and hadn't had any issues. I feel awful that it didn't make it :( so sorry again!
