I'm sorry to hear there was an issue with the necklace. USPS shows it was delivered to your address, so maybe you can contact them to resolve the missing item? Alternatively if you did receive the item, but was unhappy with it you could let me know, or even open a case. This way, issues can get resolved which is better for everybody. I do remember giving you a nice discount, wrapping your item carefully with tissue, placing in a padded envelope for protection, and shipping it to you very fast.
