@jlogvin Hi. Was there a problem with the J. Crew Fireburst necklace? It was packed securely in the J. Crew bag, tissue paper, another bag and bubble wrap with a copy of the original receipt. If you have buyers remorse, I'd be happy to accept a return in the same condition it was shipped in. Thanks! ☺

@nikkinicole213 I'm sorry, I didn't understand what opening a case meant. I didn't mean to imply anything malicious; I just wanted to return the necklace. I honestly just figured out how to reply to you! I haven't used Poshmark much. How can I resolve this?
