I received the ucla hat purchase order. However, when I was preparing the beanie to ship, I cut off a loose thread and it made a hole. I'm soooooo sorry. Do you want me to cancel the order? If you still wanted I can sale it for half the price $5. Idk if you can maybe sew it and fix it. I'm soooooo sorry once again but I would hate to send you a damage item.

I guess I would like to still buy it for 5 dollars. How do we do that? Do we have to cancel the sale and start over with the new price? I need the hat sent as soon as possible. My daughter is in a play next week and she is wearing it for that.
