@jt33728 I check it every day and on Monday I opened a case with the usps. They said it takes about 48 hours for them to look into it. I will keep you posted on what I hear from them.

@jt33728 oh my goodness! Two weeks later, the package just started tracking. I am so so sorry for the delay. It seems like usps has had a really hard time with the volume this Christmas.
